  1. Technical lecture
    If you want to understand our products, please directly contact support-manager for details. If necessary, we will appoint appropriate expert to provide on-site lecture in time.
  2. Software trial
    For informal user, we have provided software trial, and give training and support during the trial period.
  3. On-site support
    For formal user, we have provided on-site software setup, operation training and troubleshooting.
  4. Remote support
    If you have any question, please directly contact us by telephone or email, then support manager will give you solution in time.
